Like medical, engineering and other professional disciplines, the law discipline has also emerged as one of the vital discipline through which ample career opportunities are available for the law graduates. The students who passed either 12th exam or graduated in any discipline are eligible to pursue legal education through 5 year and three year law courses. Apart from these courses, the college also runs Diploma in Taxation & Labour Laws and ADR. Recently the college has offered Post Graduation in Law through credit based two year LL.M. course Therefore, I must congratulate you for choosing law course for better career opportunities in dailynewshungary different walks of life. Simultaneously, I also congratulate other aspirants who are continuing law education through our college. 
Our college is established on 20th June 1970 by Ahmednagar Jilha Maratha Vidya Prasrak Samaj, Ahmednagar which is one of the oldest & premier educational Institution in the State of Maharashtra. Our parent institution since its establishment in 1918 onwards attempting to provide education in the rural & semi urban area in the Ahmednagar District through its different pre-primary, primary, secondary and higher secondary schools, along with higher education in Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Law, Hotel Management through its higher educational institutes. 
New Law College, Ahmednagar is one of the higher & professional education institute through which we provide quality based legal education to the students coming from rural & urban areas across fromthe Ahmednagar District with ultra modern infrastructure facilities like digital class rooms, INFLIBNET, law software, Digital English Language Lab and many more. Our college since 1970, has produced thousands of budding law graduates who in turn are rendering their services as lawyers, judges, public & police prosecutors in apex as well as subordinate courts. Some of our students are also serving in corporate & co-operative sector as law officers, legal advisor, labour welfare officers etc. In recent days, some of our students have also joined LPOs like Mindcrist & other prominent Legal Process Outsourcing Firms / Companies in metropolitan cities in India. 
The success story of our college cannot be proceeded without the abled guidance & supervision of office Bearers, Trustees, Members of AJMVPS and the Members of the College Development Board. At the same time, the faculty members and the administrative staff of the college consistently have taken pains and sufferings to improve and maintain academic programmes. The college uses to conduct co-curricular and extra-curricular activities from the view point of overall personality development of the students to enable them to face the challenges of the new era. The college proposes to introduce Legal Research Centre through which one can pursue research in law to acquire M.Phil. and Ph.D degree in future.
